We schedule our staff according to the number of visitors. Our reservation system provides insights into guest numbers and peak times, allowing us to adjust schedules accordingly to enhance guest service and attention. Plus, we strive to maintain a pleasant crowd atmosphere. You can make a reservation here.

Booking is mandatory, including for children's birthday parties. This enables us to have an overview of all planned parties and anticipate expected crowds. You can check available times and options, and receive confirmation details and preferences via email. Reservations can be made on our Reservations page. Please note that party tables are only reserved for dining times, and cannot be moved into the play areas. It is not possible to reserve a table in the playing areas.

It all begins with making a reservation. For children's birthday parties, this ensures a reserved party table in the restaurant around your preferred dining time. Upon arrival, you'll receive a party form with all necessary information, including snack options. Kids can then enjoy themselves, and a party table with KidZcity meals will be ready around dinner time.

A KidZcity meal includes a cheerful box with a juice box, fries with sauce, and a small gift. Please note that dining times are available every whole and half hour, starting half an hour after entry. Your party table is reserved for 20 minutes. While tables in the play areas can't be reserved, you're free to choose your own spot upon entry. One table for adults is sufficient, as the kids will be fully engaged until the afternoon! They'll only pause briefly for a drink.

You're welcome to bring your own food or drinks, excluding warm snacks or large platters. Drinks, sandwiches, or fruit pieces are all allowed!

No, all attractions are accessible throughout the day (except the vending machines)! They are included in the entrance fee. So, once you've paid for entry, you can enjoy all the attractions without any additional charges.

KidZcity has its own car park where parking is free. On Monday to Saturday, a parking rate of €5 per hour applies between 6am and 11am. This applies to parking in front of the door and elsewhere on the industrial area. From 11:00 onwards, free parking is available across the industrial area. On Sundays, parking is free all day.

Please note! On rainy and/or busy days, our own parking lot can quickly fill up. You may have to take a short walk. Tip: Come early!

No, unfortunately, this is not possible (neither for children's parties). Tables and chairs should be allocated among adults as best as possible. Typically, one table can accommodate up to 6 adults. Once settled, children will likely be fully engaged and only pause for meals or drinks. Please refrain from moving tables.

Yes, you're allowed to! You can decorate the table in the playing areas where adults sit (please note that tables cannot be moved). However, decorating the party table in the restaurant (where you eat the fries) is not permitted. You can make the table cozy with a tablecloth or hang balloons on a chair. KidZcity already has a festive atmosphere, so excessive decorations are unnecessary. Please avoid occupying additional tables meant for other guests. Note: Piñatas, helium balloons, confetti cannons, and fire fountains are not allowed in KidZcity. Any such items will be confiscated upon entry and returned at departure.

Absolutely! If you bring the cake to our restaurant, we'll gladly store it in the fridge for you. However, please remember that fire fountains on the cake are not allowed at KidZcity. Ordinary candles are perfectly fine. When making your booking, kindly mention in the "Details" section that you plan to bring a cake and specify your preferred time for cutting it. Cake cutting times are available every full and half hour from 12 noon to 5 pm. We'll do our best to reserve a spacious party table for you to enjoy your cake. And don't worry if you've forgotten plates and forks – we'll take care of those for you!

Our fries are fried separately from the snacks, making them gluten-free. The fries sauce is also safe for consumption. However, we cannot fry snacks brought from outside in the same fryer as our fries due to allergen concerns. We offer water ice creams for children with cow's milk allergies. Please let us know if there are specific dietary restrictions we have to take into account. That way, we can let you know in advance what we can do.

Our chicken nuggets are halal. However, these are fried with the other snacks (croquettes, frikandells and cheese soufflés). Unfortunately, our kitchen does not have the capacity to accommodate an extra fryer for halal products. Halal products cannot be fried in the same fryer as the fries either, due to allergens.

KidZcity ranks among the safest playgrounds in the country. Daily inspections of our play equipment, along with comprehensive checks conducted every six months by an external safety agency, ensure worry-free fun. KidZcity adheres to the highest quality standards.

Yes, all attractions are operational at KidZcity. However, the number of employees on duty each day is based on reservations. As a result, not all rides may be running simultaneously. On quieter days, there will always be an employee available to open and operate any ride. In rare instances, attractions may be temporarily closed without notice due to safety concerns. Please note that all attractions close 15 minutes before our closing time.

KidZcity is most enjoyable for children aged 0 to 11. However, we've found that 11 tends to be the upper limit. Children aged 11 and older often become less engaged and may find other ways to entertain themselves, which can sometimes disrupt younger children's play. For this reason, we don't admit children aged 12 and older as they are outside our target age group. Of course, occasional older siblings joining a children's party are welcome, and we're happy to discuss alternative options to ensure everyone has a great time.

We always need a guardian to stay with the children that visit KidZcity. Apart from legal regulations prohibiting this (KidZcity is not a childcare center), situations may arise that require the presence of an adult (18+) supervisor.

KidZcity is not your typical indoor playground; it's an indoor amusement park. We've designed a transparent concept that includes free parking, all-inclusive attractions, and reasonable catering prices. Our goal is to keep entrance fees affordable for everyone, which is why we've adopted a model where visitors aged 3 and above pay admission. This approach aligns with the guidelines of Recron and ToerNed, associations to which 80% of recreational businesses belong.

Vouchers and free admission cards cannot be combined with party packages or other offers. The discounts for children's parties are already factored into the package prices.

At KidZcity, we accept debit cards at both the service desk and catering outlets. Our card readers also support most credit cards. Additionally, we accept YourGift Cards and VVV cards or vouchers.

While we do not sell stamp cards anymore, we do still accept them and will do so for the foreseeable future.

The playing area is accessible by elevator, making it accessible for wheelchairs. On the play level, there are several terraces and a catering point. Most attractions are suitable for children with mobility challenges, provided they have a supervisor to assist them. We also have a separate toilet for people with disabilities.

Yes, we have a designated smoking area located outside on the balcony.

Yes, our restaurant is equipped with air conditioning for your comfort. While we don't have tables available for the entire day, you're welcome to cool off here. Additionally, as our playing areas are too large for air conditioning, we have airflow monitors in place to ensure continuous circulation of fresh air.
